There are several tools available to help you set up a new store integration or test modifications to your store. These tools are available for use only with TEST environments. They cannot access production systems.
Agents and Services
The Agents and Services tool is a read-only tool. Once the selections are made for Organization, Channel and Environment, server data is displayed in table format.
This API test harness allows direct interaction with a store’s APIs. It provides a list of APIs available and sample request XMLs. You can compose a request, submit it to an API, and view the API's response.
The Order Search tool enables searching for test orders by Organization, Channel, Environment, customer email, and order date/time range. Order numbers and current statuses are displayed for viewing.
This tool also enables actions such as releasing order holds and selecting orders for scheduling, releasing, and shipping.
Clicking an order number here opens the Order Detail tool for the order.
The Order Detail tool enables searching for test orders by Organization, Channel, Environment, and Web/OMS Order Number. Order header and line information is displayed for viewing. Tabs provide access to items ordered, payment information, and modification history.
In addition, the Artifacts tab provides access to the OMS Release files, Warehouse OTF files, OMS Invoice Files, and POS files.
Like the Order Search, this tool also enables performing actions such as releasing order holds and selecting orders for scheduling, releasing, and shipping.
Clicking an item number here opens the Inventory Management tool for the item.
The Inventory Management tool enables searching for items by Organization, Channel, Environment, and Item ID. Summary details for the item are displayed, as well as current Supply and Demand quantities by Ship Node (fulfillment location).
The Transactions Tab provides a listing of all adjustments, shipments, and returns for the item.
The Adjust Inventory tab enables entering a positive or negative item quantity adjustment for a Ship Node.
Gift Card Management
The Gift Card Management tool enables searching for gift card balances by Organization, Channel, Environment, Gift Card Number, Currency, and Tender Code.
The Update Balance tab enables modifying the available balance on a gift card.
Sourcing is the process of identifying the fulfillment location for an item based on the inventory availability and fulfillment network setup. The Sourcing Rules tool enables loading existing rules by Organization, Channel, and Environment and changing the priority of nodes configured in the fulfillment network.
Radial Load Tester Tool
This is a questionnaire tool that helps the Load testing team to assess the load volume prior to opening the environment for partner testing. The requester should answer all the questions, export the sheet as a PDF and share it with Radial client representatives to initiate the load test approval process.
