The Agents and Services tool is designed to display server information based on the Organization, Channel, and Environment selected. The output is displayed in a read-only table. A small sample is shown below.

Access the Agents and Services Tool

• Select Agents and Services from the Tools drop-down menu.
• The Agents and Services page will display.
• Select the Organization, Channel, and Environment from the drop-down menus to enable loading of existing rules.

The Agents and Services page displays showing a table with the following column headings:

• Server Name
• Status
  • The status is either Online or Offline. When Online, it shows number of instances running.
• Box Name
• Subservice
  • Name
  • Input Location
  • Output Location
