The Radial Load Test Request tool allows a customer to answer all capacity assessment related questions. The Load test group will then provide their approval or limit, based on the request. This is a Survey tool that captures the requirement and allows you to export the answers to a PDF file. Once generated, the requesting stakeholder can use this file to create an official Project request for the same.
