Radial Dropship Manager solution enables your online channel to sell additional supplier inventory that is not housed in your warehouse or stores.
Our Dropship Manager solutions enable simple and fast integrations to process and ship direct-to-customer orders and track their order status. Customers select merchandise based on available-to-promise inventory provided by the suppliers. The OMS transmits the selected items to Dropship Manager to route the order to the appropriate supplier. Based upon the supplier integration, Suppliers either monitor the Dropship Manager portal or their WMS for dropped orders. Orders sent through system-to-system integrations are handled with the existing supplier tools and processes, and the supplier WMS notifies Dropship Manager once the order has shipped. Dropship Manager Portal suppliers use a browser-based interface to generate pick lists, shipping labels, and packing slips for the pending orders. Once the orders are picked and items confirmed against each order, the order is packed and transferred to the supplier carrier. When the carrier picks up the order, the supplier updates the order status, which deducts inventory from the reserved location.
Dropship Manager uses nine feeds to communicate with a retailer's system. The following table describes each feed.
