Working with Radial APIs

Radial's APIs are web services that employ a REST architecture. To use an API, you send a properly formed request message to the appropriate URI, or web address. The API processes the request and send a response message.

This reference section includes API-specific information about URIs, request messages, and possible responses. In addition, there are business rules and tips to help you avoid common problems and ensure that your series of API calls is processed successfully.

Radial has a separate set of APIs called Feeds. The Feed APIs use an SFTP mailbox to receive specially prepared XML files. For details on working with Radial Feeds, see Feeds: Batch File APIs.
